I played three pretty good matches in qualifying and that helped me. She fights hard and it`s been a bit back and forth between us.

I always say there`s nothing worse than being sent home by the same player in two consecutive tournaments. I`m glad to win if for nothing else to protect my own sanity.

Arizona is a wonderful place to live and we`ve got great weather - although it`s a little warm right now - but we`ve got great facilities, tons of resorts and courts, and there`s no reason why we shouldn`t have more players coming out of Arizona.
