Obviously the council needs to figure out what criteria they`re looking for. They indicated they`re going to do a national search. Part of the process is to determine what traits and skill sets they`re looking for in a city manager. I don`t know what direction council wants to go. That obviously will be a huge factor for candidates both internal and external.
